Supercharging AI and HPC with the industry’s latest NVIDIA technologies

San Jose, California - November 13, 2023 - Quanta Cloud Technology (QCT), a global data center solution provider, will be showcasing its comprehensive AI/HPC solutions featuring NVIDIA’s latest technologies at SuperComputing 2023 (SC23), the largest industry trade show for high-performance computing (HPC), bringing together various experts from universities, government agencies, private companies and more in Denver, Colorado, from November 12-17.

Among QCT’s showcase at SC23 will be their latest generative AI GPU powerhouses for model training and/or inferencing, along with their converged AI/HPC system (QCT POD) supporting multiple NVIDIA accelerators. Listed amongst the first wave of NVIDIA GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip-powered servers is the QuantaGrid S74G-2U, based on the NVIDIA MGX modular architecture, which features the NVIDIA Grace Hopper Superchip with NVLink-C2C interconnection and supports 96GB of HBM3 and 480GB of LPDDR5 memory. Powered by the revolutionary NVIDIA Grace Hopper Superchip that combines NVIDIA Grace and Hopper architectures, QCT QuantaGrid S74G-2U empowers breakthrough computing performance for giant-scale AI and HPC applications. It is also drop-in compatible with future generations of the NVIDIA Grace Hopper Superchip and will be able to support the upcoming NVIDIA GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip with HBM3e as soon as it hits the market.

In addition, the QuantaGrid D74H-7U is an acceleration server powered by the NVIDIA HGX H200 AI computing platform with eight H200 GPUs to tackle the most complex HPC and AI workloads such as real-time large language model (LLM) inference. It supports 32 DDR5 DIMM slots and 10 PCIe slots that can be used for GPUDirect RDMA and 18 2.5 inch All-NVMe drive bays available for GPUDirect Storage. The D74H-7U is also optimized to accelerate massive data sets, huge AI models, and supercomputing applications in a unique 7U modular design.

“QCT is delighted to be amongst the first to deliver NVIDIA’s innovative MGX and HGX server designs so that businesses can achieve results faster while reducing their total cost of ownership,” said Mike Yang, President of QCT. “Utilizing NVIDIA’s accelerated computing technologies, we are giving our customers the building blocks they need for accelerated solutions that simplify deployments and consolidate a variety of configurations into a single solution for high-performance workloads.”

“Using our accelerated computing platform, leading manufacturers such as QCT can develop advanced systems with higher performance and faster, larger memory to tackle a variety of AI and HPC applications,” said Ivan Goldwasser, Director of Grace CPU Product Marketing at NVIDIA. “Our latest technologies powering QCT’s newest server lineup -- ranging from GH200 to H200 -- will help more enterprises meet the surging demand for generative AI.”

During SC23, QCT will be demoing its latest offerings at Booth #301 and at the following partners booths and events: Atipa Technologies (Booth #1243), Cambridge Computer (PetaFLOP Network Event), Indiana University (Booth #609), Microway (Booth #610), Texas A&M (Booth #3201), and University of Southern California (Booth #1943).
